Jackie Clay-Robertson, MSSW

Jackie Clay-Robertson is the principal consultant and owner of Jackie Clay Consulting. With 24 years of experience leading nonprofit, healthcare, and government organizations, she provides expert support to churches, nonprofits, and startups. Her specialties include grant writing, strategic planning, 1023 applications, and organizational development. Jackie’s leadership background includes serving as CEO of East Texas Human Needs Network and Executive Director of both Family Promise of Greater Chattanooga and the Free Medical Clinic of Oak Ridge.

She holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has earned multiple certifications in nonprofit leadership and community engagement. Jackie has been recognized in the Greater Knoxville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and received the NAACP’s Change Agent Award and Freedom Fighter Award. She is an active board member for the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce and a participant in Leadership Tyler’s Catalyst 100 program, collaborating with other community leaders.

Dr. Vernon M. Robertson

Pastor Dr. Vernon M. Robertson has devoted over 44 years to pastoral ministry, serving as Senior Pastor of New Life Community Church (NLCC) in Tyler, Texas, for the past 28 years. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing NLCC’s legacy of service, transforming it from its founding in 1996 to a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit with impactful community programs like the New Life Learning Center and Zoe Bookstore. Inspired by Mark 10:45, Dr. Robertson’s ministry has been rooted in serving others and building Christ-centered communities. He leverages his extensive experience in church leadership, nonprofit management, and community development to support other churches and faith-based nonprofits in fulfilling their missions and achieving sustainable growth.
